At [Nailfie Studio], every appointment is more than just nails—it’s laughs, good vibes, and a whole lot of pampering. Because life’s too short for plain polish. Before you book the appointment, please read the policies of my studio. *Policies* — ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL, NON REFUNDABLE — It is necessary to be comprehensive on all services and prices before starting on the nails. - $25 non-refundable fee to book/hold your appointment - Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period for tardiness. If you’re running a bit behind, just give me a call or send a text. I’ll see if I can make it work for you. If not, we’ll have to find another time. - Appointment confirmation: Confirm within 24 hours. We’ll cancel or reschedule if you can’t make it. - Appointment changes: Up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Not at the last minute. - No-show clients: Three straight no-shows will remove you from my list. - Punctuality: Arrive on time or early. Traffic can be crucial and unpredictable. If you can’t make it, let me know ASAP. - Color Selection: Choose or let me know your preferred colors before your appointment. If you’re getting nail designs, get them ready before your appointment. - Nail care during painting or design: Please keep your hands still to prevent lint or dust from building up. - Nail repair services: Up to 3 days of free repairs for broken nails. Additional charges apply after that. Once you leave my workshop, I can’t control any breakage or damage to your nails. It’s your responsibility to maintain their appearance. Daily activities can indeed affect your nails, so please avoid treating them as tools. - Satisfaction guarantee: Let me know during the appointment if you’re not satisfied. But we need to make sure you’ve clearly stated your preferences before we start, because once I’m done, I can’t change anything. - PEDICURE HEALTH & SAFETY: I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO CLIENTS WITH SUSPECTED FUNGAL INFECTIONS, OPEN WOUNDS, OR OTHER HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT MAY POSE RISKS. THIS ENSURES THE SAFETY OF BOTH CLIENTS AND MYSELF. - SPECIAL CARE FOR DIABETIC CLIENTS: FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE INFORM ME IF YOU ARE DIABETIC WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, SO I CAN PROVIDE SERVICES WITH APPROPRIATE PRECAUTIONS. - PERSONAL BELONGINGS: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS SUCH AS PHONES, PURSES, OR JEWELRY. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE AT ALL TIMES. - INGROWN TOENAILS TREATMENT: I'M NOT QUALIFIED TO PERFORM INGROWN TOENAIL TREATMENT, AS IT FALLS OUTSIDE OF MY SCOPE OF PRACTICE. I RECOMMEND SEEKING THE ASSISTANCE OF A PODIATRIST FOR SPECIALIZED TREATMENT. - PROHIBITED TOOLS FOR PEDICURE SERVICES: FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF MY CLIENTS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE COSMETOLOGY AND HEALTH BOARD REGULATIONS, MY SALON STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE USE OF ANY RAZOR-TYPE TOOL, CREDO BLADE, GRATER, OR SHARP IMPLEMENT DESIGNED TO SHAVE OR CUT SKIN. CANCELLATION POLICY
I’ll charge 20% cancellation fee for any last minute no-shows or cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
